Announcing two new Ph.D. studentships and available at the Astbury Centre (University of Leeds) in the labs of Sheena Radford, Neil Ranson, and David Brockwell.  The Astbury Centre has extensive cryoEM capabilities, with 2 Titain Krios, A Talos, Hydra FIB-SEM, and CLEM equipment.  

 

Two exciting PhD studentships, October 2026 start: 

Understanding and Controlling Amyloid Fibril Polymorphism | , a 4-year PhD studentship funded by the University of Leeds as part of a new Wellcome-funded research programme. The PhD will start on 1 October 2026 and will be co-supervised by Professors Sheena Radford and  Neil Ranson. This post has an application deadline of Friday 5 December.
