Instruct PartnerA little over a year after we lost our long-standing colleague and interim Director General Peer Bork, to celebrate Peer's life and scientific legacy, a memorial symposium will be held in his honour:
Date: 16 - 19 February 2027
The symposium is open to all, and it will bring together scientists from across the international community to hear invited talks spanning the many fields in which Peer was active and influential throughout his career.
Attendance options for EMBL staff:
On-site EMBL Conference Pass: Reduced price registration for staff attending the full 4-day symposium is via the staff registration intranet page.
On-site EMBL Day Pass: free option to attend individual lectures on site (upon availability). Registration is at the ATC on the day with your EMBL staff ID card.
Virtual EMBL Conference Pass: free option if you would like to watch any of the lectures either during the event or on demand for 4 weeks after the event. Registration is via the staff registration intranet page.
