Applications for the in-person 1-week cryoET short course April 12-16, 2027 is now open.
The mornings feature lectures covering each stage of the cryoET workflow (specimen preparation, data collection, and data processing/annotation). The afternoons offer hands-on practicals to reinforce topics covered earlier in the day including the waffle method for sample preparation, TOMO5 for data acquisition, square aperture for montage data collection, NextPYP for processing, and SITUS & Amira for data annotation.
Early application deadline is January 11, 2027. Travel award application deadline is February 12, 2027.
